Sports Memorabilia Drawing Raises $1,662 for After-school Meals Program

THANK YOU to everyone who helped us raise much-needed funds for the Red Oak Town Homes after-school meals program! We were able to present them with a check for $1,662 to ensure nutritious snacks and meals for the children who live there!

We greatly appreciate your efforts to help us feed hungry children in Waco, Texas. Without you, the children who live in this complex would not have meals at the end of the day.

This charity drawing benefited the After-school Meals Program at Red Oak Townhomes in Waco, Texas. Due to its relatively remote location, children at Red Oak don’t have access to traditional after-school and summer meal programs offered by the USDA. 

We, at MCHC, work to end hunger in Waco and McLennan County (Texas).  Join us in our fight by supporting us financially today in our efforts and by following us on our social media platforms to help us spread awareness of hunger and food insecurity in our community.
